Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning "universal life energy". Life force energy can be found in all created matter - animal, vegetable or mineral.

When the practitioner channels Reiki through their hands to the recipient, it allows the body to activate its own healing ability, removing enegy blockages and cleansing the body of toxins.

Energy goes where the body needs it most, releasing blocked energies and working to create a state of balance.

The recipient's ability is reinforced to take responsibility for their life and helps make necessary changes in attitude and lifestyle and so enabling them to live a happier and healthier life.
