LaStone Therapy uses heated and frozen stones providing a relaxing, grounding and therapeutic treatment
LaStone Therapy is the application of thermotherapy, using hot and very cold stones for penetrating bodywork.
A treatment lasts for about 1.5 hours and involves a full consultation and body massage using the hot and cold stones.
A treatment involves lying on the stones and having different stones (hot and cold) placed on your body as well as into your hands. Some of the stones are used to massage with while others are tucked and secured in for a prolonged effect (e.g. as a neck pillow).
The stones are slipped in between each toe and hot stones can be incorporated into providing a facial massage.
